Ingredients
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 300g ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp relish
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
- Top chips with cooked beef, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pickles.
- In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle sauce generously over nachos.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Serve immediately.
