Description

This Buffalo Cauliflower Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that brings all the bold flavor of buffalo wings in a lighter, vegetarian-friendly version. Made with roasted cauliflower and a rich buffalo sauce base, this easy baked dip is perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
  • Allow cauliflower to cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until finely chopped or slightly smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the processed cauliflower and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.Leave some cauliflower chunks for added texture if desired.Add a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing for extra flavor.Can be prepared ahead and baked before serving.
