This Buffalo Cauliflower Dip is a creamy, spicy, and cheesy appetizer that brings all the bold flavor of buffalo wings in a lighter, vegetarian-friendly version. Made with roasted cauliflower and a rich buffalo sauce base, this easy baked dip is perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
- Allow cauliflower to cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until finely chopped or slightly smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the processed cauliflower and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
