Cadbury Egg Rice Krispie Treats are a fun and festive no-bake dessert made with crispy rice cereal, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy mini Cadbury eggs. Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mini Cadbury eggs (lightly crushed)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in most of the crushed Cadbury eggs (reserve some for topping).
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and gently press into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining Cadbury eggs on top and lightly press them in.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
