Description

Caesar Bean Salad is a hearty and refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad, combining creamy white beans, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and a tangy Caesar dressing. Ingredients

  • White beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
  • Croutons
  • Caesar dressing
  • Lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse the beans, then lightly pat them dry.
  • Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add beans, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing and lemon juice over the salad.
  • Toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and croutons, then toss lightly again.
  • Season with black pepper and salt if needed.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
