Ingredients

For the salad:

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Mixed greens
  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or chopped
  • Hard-boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, diced
  • Shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • Croutons

For the dressing:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Sour cream
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and mixed greens, then place in a large bowl.
