Ingredients

  • 300g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Return cooked chicken to the skillet.
  • Add cooked fettuccine and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
