Ingredients
- 500 g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons grated pear or apple
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, grated pear or apple, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced beef and mix well to coat evenly.
- Marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or longer for deeper flavor).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef in batches, spreading it in a single layer.
- Sear for a few minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
