Description

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

For the filling:

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

For garnish (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra lime zest or thin lime slices

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease or line a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  • Press mixture firmly into muffin cups to form crusts.

  • In another bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth.

  • Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
