Hot Honey Sauce:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2–3 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up a breading station with beaten eggs and flour or breadcrumbs.
- Dip chicken into eggs, then coat in flour or breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
