Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb or lamb strips
  • 200g haloumi cheese, sliced
  • 4 flatbreads or wraps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh mint or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, season the lamb with garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the lamb until browned and fully cooked.
