Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
