Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 2–3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
