Ingredients
- 500 g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 150 g cream cheese
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return beef to the skillet and stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy and combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
