Ingredients
- Broccolini
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Lemon juice

Instructions
- Rinse broccolini and trim the ends if needed.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch broccolini for 2–3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Transfer immediately to ice water, then drain well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccolini and toss to coat in oil and garlic.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crisp.
- Finish with lemon juice and lemon zest.
