Ingredients

  • 1216 large fresh raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 810 baby gem lettuce leaves, separated
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • 1 small fresh chili, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 avocado, diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or chives, chopped

Instructions

  • Slice shrimp into thin pieces or small bite-sized chunks.
  • Place shrimp in a bowl and add lime and lemon juice.
  • Let sit for 5–10 minutes to lightly cure.
  • Add olive oil, minced shallot, chili (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Gently toss to combine.
