Ingredients

- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix or 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ranch or Italian seasoning.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
