Ingredients

- 6–8 cups chicken broth or water

Instructions
- Place the whole chicken into the slow cooker.
- Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, and herbs around the chicken.

- Pour in enough chicken broth or water to cover most of the chicken.
