Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
  • Finely chop smoked salmon, dill, green onions, and capers.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Add smoked salmon, dill, green onions, garlic, and capers. Mix well.
  • Drizzle in olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir until fully combined. For a smoother texture, blend briefly in a food processor.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
