Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart crust or pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the tart crust into a tart pan if needed.
  • In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • Fold in almond flour and salt until smooth.
  • Spread the almond filling evenly into the crust.
  • Scatter blueberries on top, gently pressing them into the filling.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  • Cool completely before removing from the pan.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
