Ingredients
- 1 pre-made tart crust or pie crust
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the tart crust into a tart pan if needed.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and almond extract.
- Fold in almond flour and salt until smooth.
- Spread the almond filling evenly into the crust.
- Scatter blueberries on top, gently pressing them into the filling.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
