Description

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta or goat cheese
  • 23 tbsp honey
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves or basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Toast for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Spread ricotta or goat cheese onto each toast.
  • Top with cherries and nectarine slices.
