- 170g (6 oz) dark chocolate (60% cocoa or higher)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 30g (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder (for dusting ramekins)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
