Ingredients
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 liters (about 6 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 4–5 Snickers bars, chopped
- 120ml (1/2 cup) caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the chilled crust.
- Sprinkle chopped Snickers bars and peanuts evenly over the ice cream.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the layer.
- Add another layer of ice cream and smooth evenly.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and additional caramel sauce.
- Garnish with more Snickers pieces and peanuts.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours or until fully set.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before slicing, then serve.
