Ingredients
- 6–8 slices brioche bread
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Butter (for cooking)

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the custard, coating both sides lightly.
- Place soaked bread onto the hot skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Add more butter as needed between batches.
- Remove from skillet and keep warm while finishing remaining slices.
