Description

Ingredients

  • 400g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • A few drops hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth.
  • Pat the prawns dry and place them in a bowl. Add some dressing and toss gently to coat.
  • Arrange chopped lettuce on a serving platter or in individual bowls.
  • Top with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.
  • Add the coated prawns on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with additional dressing if desired.
  • Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately while fresh and chilled.
