Ingredients
- 400g cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- A few drops hot sauce (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Pat the prawns dry and place them in a bowl. Add some dressing and toss gently to coat.
- Arrange chopped lettuce on a serving platter or in individual bowls.
- Top with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.
- Add the coated prawns on top of the salad.
