Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted) or oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large rectangular tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  • Add eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter or oil. Mix well.
  • Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
